Bright and Flavorful Light Roasts

Light roasts tend to have a brighter, more acidic taste when compared to darker roasts. Additionally, the lighter the roast, the higher the caffeine content. That makes light roasts the right blend to choose for particularly tired mornings. Some of our most popular light roasts are the Big Mug Breakfast Blend and the Fancy Kona Blend.

Balanced and Well-Bodied Medium Roasts

Medium roasts maintain a nice balance between dark and light roast flavors to create a very well-balanced cup of coffee that’s not too acidic or too earthy. We have a medium roast at Torke Coffee to suit every taste, from our Classic Blend to unique flavors like Crafty Caramel Kiss, Cinnamon Hazelnut, and Vanilla Nut.

Rich and Robust Dark Roasts

Dark roasts appeal to those that prefer a deep richness in their cup of coffee. This roast is often earthy, robust, and even smoky. Our customers partial to dark roasts love our Classic Italian Blend, The ‘41 Espresso Roast, and our 3rd Ward French Roast.
